ABOUT THE POSITION:

Answer inquiries and provide information to customers
Explain the type and cost of services offered
Arrange billing for services
Promote and right-size products and services
Receive payments
Receive and log complaints

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO BE A TRANSCOM AGENT:

6+ months customer service and sales experience
Proficiency in computer applications
Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
High energy, high motivation, positive personality
Schedule flexibility (must be willing and able to work in a 24/7 environment)
