Under the Swedish Companies Act, a general meeting of shareholders is the Company’s supreme decision-making body. The General Meeting appoints the board members and the auditor. Among other things, the General Meeting can also change the Company’s Articles of Association. At the meeting, shareholders are given the opportunity to ask questions of the board of directors and the CEO, as well as present proposals.
