Our regional organization

Our global delivery network with 52 contact centers in 21 countries across five continents is one of the most extensive in our industry. We deliver services from onshore, near shore as well as from offshore contact centers. Our wide geographic presence means that we can offer our clients flexibility with regards to sourcing options and devise solutions that are well-adapted to clients’ needs.

Transcom’s global business is managed within three regions (in addition to the Latin American business, which is currently under strategic review).

North Europe region

Transcom is the leading player in our industry in the North Europe region. We operate contact centers in Sweden, Norway, the Netherlands and the Baltic countries (Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania). Transcom also has a well-established home agent concept in the region, creating increased scheduling flexibility and efficiency.

Continental Europe region

In the Contintental Europe region, Transcom operates contact centers in nine European countries: Croatia, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Spain, and Tunisia. Transcom’s centers in Croatia, Hungary, Poland, Serbia and Tunisia also serve as near shore locations for clients in several European countries.

English-speaking markets and APAC

Transcom is one of the larger customer management outsourcing operators serving English-speaking markets, operating contact centers in Canada, the Philippines, the United States, and the United Kingdom. In addition, Transcom offers a home agent concept to its clients in the region.
