TRANSCOM OPENS ITS FIRST CALL CENTER IN POLAND

Transcom WorldWide S.A., the European CRM specialist, today announced
that it has opened it first call center in Poland.

The call center, located in the city of Olsztyn in Northern Poland, will
trade as a subsidiary of Transcom WorldWide. It will commence operations
in July 2003 and it is expected, in the longer term, to employ around
250 people.

The opening of the call center in Olsztyn, which is being funded from
Transcom's existing cash flow, continues Transcom's policy of opening
call center operations in cost efficient locations. The new call center
has already signed up a number of clients.

Keith Russell, CEO of Transcom WorldWide, commented: "The opening of a
new call center in Olsztyn is an important step for Transcom in
expanding its business in Eastern Europe. The CRM industry in Poland is
relatively immature, and in a country of 39 million people, it offers
Transcom an excellent opportunity to enter this market at an early stage
in its development".
