Transcom and Intelenet have entered into an agreement to assist each other with the growth of international clients. The strategic alliance will seek to exploit the capabilities of Transcom’s extensive European languages network and Intelenet’s leading position in the Indian outsourced CRM market.

This partnership will enable Transcom to gain access to additional international companies seeking European outsourced solutions and at the same time, it will enable Intelenet to offer a world wide solution incorporating all European language services.
