Transcom WorldWide S.A., the European CRM and debt collections specialist, today announced that all resolutions proposed at its Annual General Meeting (AGM) of shareholders on 30 May 2006 in Luxembourg were passed.

At the meeting, shareholders approved an extraordinary final dividend of €0.35 per share (or the SEK equivalent per Swedish Depositary Receipt) for the year ended 2005, as proposed by the Board and approved by the Audit Committee at the Audit Committee meeting of 24 April 2006. It was also resolved that the record date for the payment of such dividends shall be 7 June 2006, with an expected payment date of 22 June 2006.

William Walker, Cristina Stenbeck, Björn Rosengren, Susan Hooper and James Beers were re-elected as members of the Board of Directors. Mia Brunell was elected as a new member of the Board of Directors.

Mia Brunell has held several positions at Modern Times Group MTG AB since 1992, becoming CFO of the Company in 2001. She will become President and CEO of Investment AB Kinnevik on 1 August 2006. Mia Brunell is also a Board Member of CTC Media, Invik & Co. AB and Tele2 AB, and a proposed Board Member of Metro International S.A.

Ernst & Young S.A. were re-elected as Auditors.
