TRANSCOM ANNOUNCES THE OPENING OF ITS FIRST SITE IN CHILE

Transcom WorldWide S.A. (“Transcom”), the European CRM and debt collections specialist, today announced the opening of a new call centre in Concepción, Chile.

The new service centre, which began operations on Saturday, is Transcom's first development in Latin America and follows some very successful trials in the region. This new centre is initially being developed to cater for the Spanish market and it is expected to absorb business growth from existing clients in Spain. In addition to this, the centre is likely to support the US Hispanic market in the future.

The Concepción call centre will initially open with 300 seats and Transcom expects capacity at the facility to grow significantly during 2007.
