Transcom Extends Credit Facility

Transcom WorldWide S.A. (“Transcom”), the global outsourced services company, today announced that it has increased its five year multi-currency revolving credit facility by €50 million to a total of €200 million.  The extension to the existing facility has been arranged and provided by DnB NOR Sverige, SEB and Svenska Handelsbanken.  The original €150 million facility was put in place in April 2007.  The facility is unsecured with no scheduled amortization payments.  Transcom had net debt of €42.6 million at 31st December 2007, and generated €37.1 million of earnings before interest, taxes and amortization (EBITA) in 2007. The extension of the existing credit facility will provide Transcom with enhanced flexibility to develop its business lines moving forward through both organic expansion and tactical acquisitions.
