Transcom has been awarded “The Best Partner in Outsourcing Customer Care in Italy” in the annual contest organized by CMMC Club, the association that gathers the major in-house and outsourced contact centers in Italy.
The jury that conferred the award on Transcom was composed of Customer Care Managers from a number of leading Italian companies in different industries. Their motivation for awarding the prize to Transcom Italy read: “Transcom’s ethic qualities; skills in managing customer relations with transparency; ability to keep operational flexibility within the right contractual mix; flexibility in rapidly adjusting the staffing plan when forecast deviations occur.”
The prize was given to Matteo Ferrari, Transcom’s Sales Director in the South region, during the annual gala dinner held by CMMC on January 23, 2013. Video clip can be viewed here.
