About us

Transcom Latvia was established in the country’s capital city, Riga, in December 2001 by overtaking Tele2 in-house call center.

Today Transcom operates out of one location, which has a total capacity of 360 seats. Transcom Latvia offers a wide range of Transcom’s customer lifecycle management services.

Transcom services:

  • Inbound contacts: information line, customer service, order registration, consulting, help desk, upsell and etc.
  • Outbound contacts: telemarketing (sales by phone), debt management, customers retention, meeting management, market research & surveys, new customer search, customer database revision and update, and etc.
  • Back office tasks: information packs, product preparation and dispatch, mail collection, database gather with registrations, coupons, questionnaires and contract, other administrative tasks.
  • Customer care in social media : Twitter, Facebook

In addition to serving its Latvian clients, Transcom Latvia acts as a nearshore location for Transcom’s clients in other European markets including Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Austria, Luxembourg, Switzerland,Germany, Lithuania, Estonia, and Russia. 

Latvian and Russian language services form the largest part of Transcom Latvia‘s business activity. Scandinavian language services are at demand and have expanded significantly. Today Transcom provide services in these languages: Latvian, Russian, English, Estonian, German, Danish, Finish, Norwegian, Swedish, Polish.
