We’ve always placed a strong emphasis on sustainable practices in and out of the office. For Earth week, we have decided to shine a spotlight on some of the winners of our GoGreen initiative. You’ll have a chance to read and watch interviews with some of the participants in order to see the Transcom sustainable spirit for yourself. Today we’re talking with the office admin from Hungary, Ildikó Baláz
Our winning initiative was planting trees for Transcom’s 20th birthday. We did not just celebrate this anniversary, but also dedicated each tree to our colleagues, who proved their prosperous work and loyalty throughout at least a decade at Transcom. Each planted tree is named after these colleagues one by one. A very simple form of appreciation, but also environmentally friendly and collectively helpful for all.
We planted 25 trees, which might not sound like a huge quantity at first. However, one tree can produce lots of oxygen, also it successfully regenerates the ecosystem nearby. I can just really hope it inspires other colleagues on different sites to take this kind of action. You never ever can do harm by planting trees. Floral life starts with trees, giving us the most essential condition of human existence; the oxygen.
Well, we say “become part of something brilliant”, don't we? Today’s fast paced world impacts negatively not just us as human beings, but our environment. Caring and somewhat pampering our flora and fauna, different ecosystems is a collective and common interest, let’s say a brilliant interest.
Honestly, being self-conscious about our environment is not something new to me. I was raised to pick up trash, not to throw away, separate it selectively and if there is no rubbish bin nearby, I take it with me to the next bin. I, myself, find it a huge problem how some people and corporate entities do not care about their negative actions towards nature and the ozone shield. If everyone would act locally,- does not matter if it is a business conglomerate or average citizen- that achieves results globally. So, act locally and watch the result globally.
I hope we have no hopes, but goals. So, everyone keeps up the good and resultful work, we still have a lot to do!

Sometimes, a Medicaid beneficiary opens a renewal notice at precisely the wrong moment. A phone call interrupts it, a required document is not immediately accessible, or the instructions demand more attention than time allows. Whether it’s a last-minute bid or the member forgets and days pass, the deadline hits and coverage disappears. From an operational standpoint, it’s easy to assume that policy complexity is driving this churn. But the real issue is the system’s ability to keep eligible memb

Every customer conversation carries more than a case number. Beneath the stated issue sits a layer of urgency, hesitation, and trust that shapes whether a customer stays loyal or simply moves on. And when interactions run into the hundreds or thousands each day, those emotional signals rarely surface through traditional quality monitoring. A support team reviewing only 5% of calls and waiting on post-survey responses is, in effect, managing a relationship it can barely see. That blind spot carri
