For me, this journey is more than just a certification, it’s a deeply personal and professional commitment to fostering a workplace where everyone can truly thrive. At Transcom, we believe that creating an environment grounded in fairness and inclusion isn’t just a moral obligation; it’s a strategic necessity in today’s competitive landscape. That’s why we’ve chosen to pursue the rigorous UNI/PdR125:2022 gender equality certification in Italy.
While we’ve always championed diversity and inclusion, we recognized that good intentions alone aren’t enough to effect real change. We needed a structured, measurable framework to guide us, hold us accountable, and reflect our commitment back to our people, clients, and stakeholders. The UNI/PdR125:2022 provides exactly this, a comprehensive approach to embed gender equity into every aspect of our organization.
This isn’t about ticking boxes. It’s about transforming our culture and practices across six key areas: company strategy, governance, HR processes, growth opportunities, pay equity, and parental protections. It’s an investment in a future where our workforce mirrors the diversity of our customers, enabling us to build stronger connections and deliver exceptional service.
Having seen firsthand how diversity sparks innovation and how inclusive teams outperform, I am inspired by the potential of this initiative. It’s about creating a workplace where every individual feels valued and empowered to contribute their best. For us, this certification is a step toward that vision — an authentic commitment, not just a badge on the wall.
The process begins with a thorough internal audit, a data-driven “snapshot” of where we stand today. Our team will analyze everything from hiring and promotion trends to salary distribution and work-life balance policies. Based on this, we will develop a strategic plan with clear, measurable KPIs, involving all departments to ensure sustainable progress.
Our focus will be on reducing unconscious bias, providing equitable growth opportunities, and fostering open communication channels. This rigorous review will help us identify hidden gaps and unlock new avenues for inclusivity.
Closing gender gaps doesn’t just benefit fairness, it boosts our organization’s competitiveness, resilience, and ability to innovate. Recent studies show that companies with high gender diversity are 27% more likely to outperform on profitability metrics, and diverse perspectives make us more agile in challenging times.
The Business Case — Beyond Ethics
From attracting top talent to improving performance, the tangible benefits are clear:
Ultimately, this is about building a sustainable, resilient organization that stays true to its purpose, and that’s a legacy I’m proud to be part of.
Let’s make equality not just an aspiration, but a standard.

What motivates our people to strive for the best? It’s not a mere matter of discipline, it’s the devotion that emerges when passion meets purpose. At Awesome CX, our employees do more than come to work. They show up as part of a community. One that believes customer experience is rooted in human connection, shared values, and the relationships built along the way.
Much of our work is centered on helping brands support their customers. This year, however, we took a moment to turn that focus

When you hear customer experience, you probably think of a frontline function. What comes to mind: response times, tone of voice, escalation paths, or another factor that seems downstream of your operational core? It’s time for a CX reality check.
Far from being a procedural extension of a stable system, customer experience is shaped by - and shapes - your business’s constant transitions. When warehouses migrate, when platforms change, when regulations evolve, ‘frontline’ decisions must be

AI is accelerating faster than enterprise operating models were designed to handle. In every organization, transformation is underway. Roadmaps are expanding, budgets are shifting, and expectations from boards and customers are rising. But acceleration without structure creates volatility - and customer experience is no exception to the rule. While technology introduces possibility, leadership determines whether that possibility becomes measurable value or a mere disruption.
