To obvestilo posameznikom o obdelavi podatkov (»obvestilo«) vam bo zagotovilo informacije o naših dejavnostih obdelave podatkov v zvezi s podatki, ki omogočajo individualno identifikacijo kandidatov, ki se prijavljajo za delovna mesta v skupini podjetij Transcom. Zagotavljamo vam, da je vsaka prijava pregledana in izbor vsakega kandidata poteka na podlagi enakih in poenotenih kriterijev, zato ni prostora za neenakopravno obravnavo kandidatov.

 

I. PODATKI O UPRAVLJALCU PODATKOV

Ustrezne kontaktne podatke subjekta Transcom navedenega v prostem delovnem mestu za katerega se prijavljate najdete tukaj (»Transcom« ali »mi«). Transcom je upravljavec podatkov v zvezi z dejavnostmi obdelave podatkov, ki so podrobno opisane v tem obvestilu.

 

II. VAŠI OSEBNI PODATKI / NAMENI IN PRAVNA PODLAGA OBDELAVE

Obdelovali bomo osebne podatke o vas, ki smo jih zbrali med prijavo in postopkom razgovora za službo od vas ali pooblaščenih tretjih oseb (tj. kadrovskih agencij, oglasnih desk, družbenih medijev ali zaposlenih, ki ste jih pooblastili, da nam posredujejo vaše osebne podatke).

Kategorije osebnih podatkov, ki jih obdelujemo so naslednje ("osebni podatki"):

  • Ime in priimek, spol, kontaktni podatki (naslov, telefonska številka, elektronski naslov), kraj in datum rojstva;
  • Strokovne in izobraževalne izkušnje;
  • Rezultati testov in ocene;
  • Pisno in govorno ocenjevanje jezika in IT;
  • Jezikovne spretnosti;
  • Upravičenost do dela v državi za katero se prijavljate;
  • Vse druge informacije, ki jih navedete v svojem življenjepisu, spremnem pismu in/ali dokumentih, ki jih predložite svoji prijavi in/ali na razgovoru za delo;
  • Status vaše prijave;
  • Potrdilo o nekaznovanosti (če je zakonsko zahtevano);
  • Posnetki video intervjujev (v nekaterih primerih, če ste dali soglasje).

Posredovanje osebnih podatkov je potrebno za odločitev ali bo z vami sklenjena pogodba o zaposlitvi (odločitev o zaposlitvi). Posredovanje vaših osebnih podatkov je prostovoljno. Če pa osebnih podatkov ne posredujete se lahko postopek prijave zavleče in/ali vašo prijavo zavrnemo.

III. PRENOSI PODATKOV IN PREJEMNIKI

1. Prejemniki

Drugim podjetjem v skupini: vaše osebne podatke lahko prenesemo na druge stranke, kot je dovoljeno zaradi zakonitih interesov Transcoma (tj. v luči naše globalne strukture, ki omogoča globalno zaposlovanje in omogoča vsem ustreznim menedžerjem in kadrovnikom, ki se lahko nahajajo na različnih družbe skupine Transcom za pregled vloge).

Recruitee: Recruitee (Recruitee B.V. Keizersgracht 313, 1016 EE Amsterdam, Nizozemska) uporabljamo kot naš sistem za pridobivanje talentov in upravljanje prijav. Aon: Uporabljamo ponudnika storitev Aon plc. (The Aon Centre, The Leadenhall Building, 122 Leadenhall Street, EC3V 4AN London, England) za ocenjevanje digitalnih talentov, da bi ugotovili ali ste primerni za položaj za katerega ste se prijavili.

Harver: Uporabljamo ponudnika storitev Harver B.V. (Jollemanhof 20 1019 GW Amsterdam, The Netherlands) za ocenjevanje digitalnih talentov, da bi ugotovili ali ste primerni za položaj za katerega ste se prijavili.

 

Čezmejni prenosi podatkov

Vaše osebne podatke prenesemo izven države v kateri se nahajate. Nekateri prejemniki vaših osebnih podatkov se nahajajo v drugi državi za katero Evropska komisija ni izdala odločbe, da ta država zagotavlja ustrezno raven varstva podatkov, in sicer: ZDA, Srbija, Filipini, Tunizija, Albanija, Egipt, Bosna in Hercegovina.


 

Nekateri prejemniki se nahajajo zunaj Evropskega gospodarskega prostora (»EGP«) v državah za katere je Evropska komisija izdala odločbe o ustreznosti (ki lahko vključujejo Andoro, Argentino, Kanado (za nejavne organizacije za katere velja kanadsko varstvo osebnih podatkov in elektronsko Zakon o dokumentih), Švica, Ferski otoki, Guernsey, Izrael, otok Man, Japonska, Jersey, Urugvaj in Nova Zelandija). V vsakem primeru se tako prizna, da prenos zagotavlja ustrezno raven varstva podatkov z vidika evropske zakonodaje o varstvu podatkov (člen 45 GDPR).

 

S sklenitvijo ustreznih pogodb o prenosu podatkov na podlagi standardnih pogodbenih klavzul (2010/87/EU in/ali 2004/915/ES) kot je navedeno v čl. 46 (5) GDPR ali druga ustrezna sredstva, ki so dostopna prek spodnjih kontaktnih podatkov, smo ugotovili, da bodo vsi drugi prejemniki, ki se nahajajo zunaj EGP, zagotovili ustrezno raven varstva podatkov za osebne podatke in da bodo ustrezni tehnični in organizacijski varnostni ukrepi so vzpostavljeni za zaščito osebnih podatkov pred naključnim ali nezakonitim uničenjem, naključno izgubo ali spremembo, nepooblaščenim razkritjem ali dostopom ter pred vsemi drugimi nezakonitimi oblikami obdelave. Za vsak nadaljnji prenos (vključno z našimi podružnicami zunaj EGP) veljajo ustrezne zahteve za nadaljnji prenos, kot zahteva veljavna zakonodaja.

 

IV. OBDOBJE HRAMBE

Osebni podatki obdelani za namene iz te pogodbe bodo shranjeni samo v obsegu, ki je potreben med postopkom prijave in v naslednjem razumnem obdobju (ob upoštevanju zakonskih zastaralnih rokov) kot zahteva ali dovoljuje veljavna zakonodaja (npr. kot je potrebno za obrambo pred zahtevki v zvezi z v postopek prijave ali izpolnjevanje obveznosti družbe Transcom glede hrambe podatkov, kot je določeno v veljavni zakonodaji). Če se sproži sodni ali disciplinski postopek se osebni podatki lahko hranijo do konca takega postopka, vključno z morebitnimi roki za pritožbo, nato pa se izbrišejo ali arhivirajo kot to dovoljuje veljavna zakonodaja. Razen tega bomo vaše osebne podatke hranili le, dokler so zajeti z vašim soglasjem.

V. VAŠE ZAKONSKE PRAVICE

Informacije o dostopu vključujejo – med drugim – namene obdelave, kategorije zadevnih osebnih podatkov in prejemnike ali kategorije prejemnikov, ki so jim bili ali jim bodo osebni podatki razkriti.

Imate pravico pridobiti kopijo osebnih podatkov, ki so v obdelavi. Za dodatne kopije, ki jih zahtevate lahko zaračunamo razumno pristojbino na podlagi administrativnih stroškov.

 

2. Pravica do popravka: Pravico imate, da od nas dosežete popravek netočnih osebnih podatkov, ki se nanašajo na vas. Odvisno od namenov obdelave imate pravico zahtevati dopolnitev nepopolnih osebnih podatkov, vključno s predložitvijo dopolnilne izjave.

 

3. Pravica do izbrisa (pravica do pozabe): Pravico imate zahtevati, da izbrišemo vaše osebne podatke v tem primeru pa moramo to upoštevati.

 

4. Pravica do omejitve obdelave: Pravico imate zahtevati omejitev obdelave vaših osebnih podatkov. V tem primeru bodo ustrezni podatki označeni in jih lahko obdelujemo le za določene namene.

 

5. Pravica do prenosljivosti podatkov: Pravico imate do prejema osebnih podatkov v zvezi z vami, ki ste nam jih posredovali v strukturirani, splošno uporabljeni in strojno berljivi obliki in imate pravico, da te osebne podatke neovirano posredujete drugemu subjektu. od nas.

 

6. Pravica do ugovora:

Na podlagi razlogov, ki se nanašajo na vašo posebno situacijo imate pravico, da kadar koli ugovarjate naši obdelavi vaših osebnih podatkov in morda bomo morali prenehati obdelovati vaših osebnih podatkov. Če imate pravico do ugovora in to pravico uveljavljate vaših osebnih podatkov ne bomo več obdelovali za te namene. Uveljavljanje te pravice ne bo povzročilo nobenih stroškov.

Takšna pravica do ugovora morda ne obstaja zlasti, če je obdelava vaših osebnih podatkov potrebna za izvedbo korakov pred sklenitvijo pogodbe ali za izvedbo že sklenjene pogodbe.

 

7. Pravica do preklica soglasja:

Če ste dali svoje soglasje v zvezi z določenimi vrstami dejavnosti obdelave lahko to soglasje kadarkoli prekličete z veljavnostjo za prihodnost. Tak umik ne bo vplival na zakonitost obdelave pred umikom soglasja.

Upoštevajte, da so zgoraj omenjene pravice lahko omejene v skladu z veljavno nacionalno zakonodajo o varstvu podatkov.

V primeru pritožb imate tudi pravico do vložitve pritožbe pri pristojnem nadzornem organu, zlasti v državi članici vašega običajnega prebivališča ali domnevne kršitve GDPR.

This applicant notice on data processing (“Notice”) will provide you with information on our data processing activities with respect to individually identifiable information about applicants applying for positions at the Transcom group of companies. Please be assured that every application is reviewed and every candidate selection is conducted based on equal and standardized criteria, so there is no room for unequal treatment of candidates.

 

I. INFORMATION ON THE CONTROLLER

Transcom Worldwide d.o.o. with the office in Osijek, Vukovarska cesta 31 (“Transcom” or “we”) is the data controller with respect to the data processing activities detailed in this Notice.

 

II. YOUR PERSONAL DATA / PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING

We will process personal data about you collected during the application and job interview process from yourself, or authorized third parties (i.e., recruitment agencies, job boards, social media, or employees which you authorized to provide your personal data to us).

  • Full name, gender, contact details (address, phone number, email address), place and date of birth
  • Professional and educational experience;
  • Test scores and assessments
  • Written and spoken language and IT assessments
  • Language skills;
  • Eligibility to work in the country you are applying;
  • Any other information you provide in your CV, cover letter and/or the documents you provide with your application and/or in the job interview;
  • The status of your application;
  • A certificate of good conduct (if legally required).
  • Recordings of video interviews (in some cases; if you have given your consent)

The provision of Personal Data is necessary for the decision whether an employment contract with you will be concluded (hiring decision). The provision of Personal Data by you is voluntary. However, if you do not provide your Personal Data, the application process may be delayed and/or we may reject your application.

 

2. Processing Purposes and legal basis

We process your Personal Data to the extent permitted or required under applicable law, for the following purposes. Furthermore, Transcom relies on the following legal grounds for the processing, of your Personal Data:

III. DATA TRANSFERS AND RECIPIENTS

1. Recipients

To other group companies: We may transfer your Personal Data to other parties, as permitted for the legitimate interests of Transcom (i.e. in light of our global structure to allow for global recruitment and to allow all relevant managers and recruiters which may be located at different Transcom group companies to review the application).

Transcom’s application management is carried out in cooperation with Transcom WorldWide AB, Hälsingegatan 40, 15th floor, PO Box 45033, SE-104 30 Stockholm, Sweden (Transcom WorldWide). In accordance with Art. 26 GDPR, Transcom WorldWide is jointly responsible with the company whose job adverstisement you are applying for for the processing of your application data.

Third parties: Transcom and/or other Transcom group companies may also transfer your data to governmental agencies and regulators, courts, and government authorities, all in accordance with applicable law and to external advisors acting as controllers (e.g., lawyers, accountants, auditors etc.).We also cooperate with recruitment agencies and exchange personal data in case you were referred to us by them.

Service providers (within and outside Transcom group): Transcom contracts with third party service providers or other Transcom group companies as part of its normal business operations to carry out certain recruitment- and human resources-related or IT-related tasks, global HR management (i.e., global recruitment, to provide secure global systems and networks as a service provider to the companies in Transcom group where all or some Transcom group companies can process Personal Data). Transcom also contracts with language schools to assist us with the assessment of your language skills.

Recruitee: We use Recruitee (Recruitee B.V. Keizersgracht 313, 1016 EE Amsterdam, Netherlands) as our talent acquisition and application management system. Recruitee hosts personal data of applicants in the European Union. When you apply for a position at Transcom, Recruitee uses cookies. Cross-Border Data Transfers

We transfer your Personal Data outside of the country you are located. Some recipients of your Personal Data are located in another country for which the European Commission has not issued a decision that this country ensures an adequate level of data protection, namely: the U.S., Serbia, the Philippines, Tunisia, Albania, Egypt, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Some recipients are located outside of the European Economic Area (“EEA”) in countries for which the European Commission has issued adequacy decisions (which may include Andorra, Argentina, Canada (for non-public organizations subject to the Canadian Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act), Switzerland, Faeroe Islands, Guernsey, Israel, Isle of Man, Japan, Jersey, Uruguay, and New Zealand). In each case, the transfer is thereby recognized as providing an adequate level of data protection from a European data protection law perspective (Art. 45 GDPR).

By way of entering into appropriate data transfer agreements based on Standard Contractual Clauses (2010/87/EU and/or 2004/915/EC) as referred to in Art. 46 (5) GDPR or other adequate means, which are accessible via the below contact details, we have established that all other recipients located outside the EEA will provide an adequate level of data protection for the Personal Data and that appropriate technical and organizational security measures are in place to protect Personal Data against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss or alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access, and against all other unlawful forms of processing. Any onward transfer (including our affiliates outside the EEA) is subject to appropriate onward transfer requirements as required by applicable law.

 

IV. RETENTION PERIODS

Personal Data processed for the purposes hereunder will be stored only to the extent necessary during the application process and a following reasonable period (taking into account statutory limitation periods) as required or permitted under applicable law (e.g., as necessary to defend against claims in relation to the application process, or to comply with Transcom's obligations regarding data retention as established in the applicable laws). If a judicial or disciplinary action is initiated, the Personal Data may be stored until the end of such action, including any potential periods for appeal, and will then be deleted or archived as permitted by applicable law. Other than that we will only retain your Personal Data as long as it is covered by your consent.

In principle we will retain your Personal Data as long as required or permitted by applicable law. Afterwards, we will remove your Personal Data from our systems and records and/or take steps to properly anonymize it so that you can no longer be identified from it.

 

V. YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

Under the conditions set out under applicable law, (e.g., GDPR), you have the following rights: 

1. Right of access: You have the right to obtain from us confirmation as to whether or not Personal Data concerning you is being processed, and, where that is the case, to request access to the Personal Data. The access information includes – inter alia – the purposes of the processing, the categories of Personal Data concerned, and the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the Personal Data have been or will be disclosed. 

You have the right to obtain a copy of the Personal Data undergoing processing. For additional copies requested by you, we may charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs.

2. Right to rectification: You have the right to obtain from us the rectification of inaccurate Personal Data concerning you. Depending on the purposes of the processing, you have the right to have incomplete Personal Data completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement.

3. Right to erasure (right to be forgotten): You have the right to ask us to erase your Personal Data, in which case we have to comply.

4. Right to restriction of processing: You have the right to request the restriction of processing your Personal Data. In this case, the respective data will be marked and may only be processed by us for certain purposes.

5. Right to data portability: You have the right to receive the Personal Data concerning you which you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and you have the right to transmit those Personal Data to another entity without hindrance from us.

6. Right to object

You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to the processing of your Personal Data by us and we can be required to no longer process your Personal Data. If you have a right to object and you exercise this right, your Personal Data will no longer be processed for such purposes by us. Exercising this right will not incur any costs. 

Such a right to object may not exist, in particular, if the processing of your Personal Data is necessary to take steps prior to entering into a contract or to perform a contract already concluded.

7. Right to withdraw consent: 

If you have given your consent regarding certain types of processing activities, you can withdraw this consent at any time with future effect. Such a withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of the processing prior to the consent withdrawal. 

Please note that the aforementioned rights might be limited under the applicable national data protection law.

In case of complaints you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence or alleged infringement of the GDPR.
