Transcom Holding AB: Transcom publishes prospectus and applies for listing of notes on Nasdaq Stockholm

Transcom Holding AB (publ) (”Transcom” or the ”Company”) has prepared a prospectus regarding the listing of the Company’s EUR 180 million senior secured notes (ISIN SE0010832071) (the “Notes”) issued on 22 March 2018. The Notes, maturing in March 2023, bear a fixed rate coupon at 6.500 per cent. per annum.

The prospectus has been approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Sw. Finansinspektionen) and is available at the Company’s website www.transcom.com and at the website of the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, www.fi.se.

Transcom intends to apply for listing of the Notes on Nasdaq Stockholm corporate bond list and the first day of trading is expected to be on or about 5 December 2018.
