I started at Transcom in January 2008 as a call center agent. That was meant as a short adventure, to save for a new study, but since I'm still here, now as Quality Manager, we can say that that did not work out!

Quality Manager

Soon after I started, I was asked for a trainer position - at that time called Product Supervisor. Then switched to the quality team. First as Quality Analyst and then as Quality Manager.

I live in Emmen, together with a super sweet French bulldog x English Stafford called Baya! I like horseback riding and enjoy life; great to be with friends or family together. Listening to music, enjoying good food and drinks, I see as passion and mission! In that respect, Burgundian existence is good for me.

As Quality Manager at Transcom, I am responsible for safeguarding the call quality of our agents. For example by means of calibrations - ensuring that all Team Leaders assess the quality of a conversation the same way and thereby give the correct feedback to agents. It is great to experience how we continuously want to improve quality together, from the agents themselves to the team leaders and the Business Managers involved. I also manage the team responsible for maintaining and updating the knowledge management system.

What I think is one of the best things about Transcom is the growth opportunities. Your dedication is rewarded and the motivated colleagues get the opportunity and the right guidance to develop. I joined Transcom Hungary in July 2013 to work as a Customer Service Representative. The project I worked on ended in March 2014, so I transferred to another project. In June 2015, I became Lead CSR for the Spanish team. Shortly after, I became team leader for the group. From February 2016 I became the TL of the English group.

Team Leader

To be a team leader means that you need to coordinate a group. This means you are responsible for their performance and that they have all the necessary means to be able to evolve. Besides professional expectation it is also very important to create good environment and cohesion in the team.

The best thing about working at Transcom is the possibility of professional and also personal growth. I also like working in team and the team spirit is really good at work, we have an excellent relationship between the colleagues.

I grew up in Osijek. Here I went to school, founded my family and here my son and daughter are growing up. I'm a creative person; I love new ideas, new technology, different languages ​​and cultures. In leisure time I create decorative and practical items, I like cooking, interior design, balcony flowering, bicycle riding.

I work in Transcom since the first weeks of opening of the center in Osijek in January 2007. Together with my colleagues at the Human Resources department, I participated in the start-up of the center, the introduction of processes, organizational systems, the definition and strengthening of the HR department as an equal professional partner in business. I started as an HR Assistant, and then became HR Specialist. I had the opportunity to participate in regional projects, the administration of HR information systems and the development of internal procedures, training and education. I was involved in the internal Talent Management Program, and was thereafter promoted HR Coordinator for the Center in Osijek.

I like the multidisciplinarity, dynamics and ability of learning and development of every employee in Transcom. The HR department includes several different areas of expertise and gives me the opportunity to present my ideas, be creative, learn and develop everyday and contribute to continuous change and better results. I like communication with contact centers in other Transcom countries, exchange of experience and joint projects. I like Transcom actively listening to its employees, just as its agents follow and anticipate the needs of users. Respect, transparency, responsibility and stability are also the words I could describe it as well as the word family.
